Aida Text Messaging
A simple, optional way to start an Ask Aida conversation
Aida Text Messaging is designed for registered Aida users who want to begin a new Ask Aida request from their phone. The request is connected to the user’s existing Aida account, and the completed conversation remains inside Aida.
User-initiated
Messages begin when an enrolled user texts Aida or requests help. Message frequency varies with use.
Registered users only
Only users with an Aida account and a connected, verified mobile number can interact with the program.
No marketing
The program is limited to informational and customer-care messages, not marketing or promotional campaigns.
How to enroll
Enrollment happens inside the authenticated Aida app so Aida can connect a phone number to the correct registered user.
