Aida Text Messaging Terms

These Aida Text Messaging Terms (“SMS Terms”) govern the optional text messaging service provided by Aida Technology Corp. (“Aida,” “we,” or “us”) to registered Aida users. By enrolling, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Aida Text Messaging is an informational and customer-care program for registered users. After you initiate an Ask Aida request by text, Aida may create a conversation in your existing Aida workspace and send you a secure link to open the completed conversation in your browser. Aida does not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Enrollment and eligibility

Only registered Aida users may enroll. Enrollment is voluntary. You must connect and verify a mobile number through your authenticated Aida account and affirmatively agree to receive messages. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing or using Aida.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on how often you use Aida Text Messaging. Messages may include customer-care responses and links to completed Ask Aida conversations.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines the charges that apply to your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any Aida text message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, Aida will not send additional text messages unless you enroll again through your Aida settings.

Delivery and carrier liability

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Aida handles mobile numbers, message content, consent records, and related information as described in the Aida Privacy Policy. Aida does not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the date above. Your continued enrollment after an update means the revised terms apply to your use of Aida Text Messaging.
