Aida Launches AI Digital Twin Platform, Addressing the Broken Promises of Conversational Intelligence
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Execution intelligence platform is converting enterprise sales and revenue teams off legacy platforms, reporting active usage above 80 percent where legacy tools sat unused.
Palo Alto, California — July 15, 2026 — Aida, an AI-native sales execution platform, today launched its digital twin technology, built to fulfill on the missed opportunities of conversational intelligence tools that record and analyze calls but rarely change the outcome of a deal. Aida has converted dozens of enterprise sales teams off legacy platforms, and reports platform usage above 80 percent, compared with the sub-20 percent license utilization it says is typical of incumbent tools.
Where conversational intelligence stops at recording and transcription, Aida's digital twin acts. Operating as a persistent AI partner for every account executive, it unifies email, CRM, calendar, meetings, and call data, then drafts follow-ups, updates deal records, flags risks in real time, coaches on 100 percent of calls without manager intervention, and surfaces next-best actions inside the rep's workflow. In beta deployments, a twin for every AE produced 3 times the output of a single rep, and customers that ran twins against existing pipelines saw conversion rates roughly double.
"Almost everything in sales software was designed to monitor reps, not help them," said Piyush Prahladka, Co-Founder and CEO of Aida. "Conversational intelligence recorded the call and left the work to you. We built Aida for the seller, end to end."
Aida's customers tried conversational intelligence, invested in it, and concluded it fell short. Then they found Aida and AI has taken off in their organizations. WorkWave CRO John Ortwerth said: "What started as a sales conversation tool has become a cross-functional platform," Ortwerth said. "We're spotting blind spots and opportunities we didn't otherwise see, and that's changed how we sell."
Aida's customer base includes some of the fastest-growing companies in tech. Eve Legal raised $103 million at a valuation above $1 billion in 2025, and Straiker closed a $64 million Series A in mid-2026.
Aida was founded by Glean co-founder Piyush Prahladka and Atish Das Sarma, who previously led engineering, data science, and growth teams at Patreon, Apple, and X. Rather than following the prevailing AI startup playbook of shipping quickly and iterating in production, they spent more than a year building the product before bringing it to market.
“Our vision was to reimagine knowledge work beyond software engineering and fundamentally change how people work,” said Atish Das Sarma, Co-Founder of Aida. “The incumbents had a decade-long head start and were weighed down by technical and process debt. We knew we couldn’t catch them by building another AI feature. We had to take the harder path: build a complete AI-native platform from the ground up. It was a risky bet, but it’s starting to pay off.”
